Quantemplate user journeys
These two user journeys designed at Quantemplate demonstrate a typical validation and bordereaux management workflow
Validation is the process of ensuring data have undergone cleansing in order to guarantee data quality and accuracy. It uses routines or “validation rules” that check for correctness, meaningfulness, and security of data that are input to the system. There are severals validations rules you can add to your workflow in order to get your data right and ready for use. The illustration below shows a typical validation workflow, where data is checked on formatting, completeness and overall quality.
Typical validation workflow
In this workflow the data sender’s regular submissions are mapped to schemas and validated before being sent into the recipient’s data warehouse.
This user journey demonstrates a typical bordereaux management workflow whereby the data sender’s regular submissions are transformed and integrated into the recipient’s data warehouse for analysis and reporting. Relevant harmonised data can be automatically shared with third parties, such as regulators.
